Room Service

Chocolate Cream Cheese Muffins, Cantaloupe and Yellow watermelon, and bacon cheese omelet

Thanks to wonderful family and friends I was on bed rest the first week after Seth was born.I had room service 3 meals a day and the food was delicious! Some things I prepared in advance, like the Chocolate Cream Cheese Muffins  which I actually pulled out of the oven 5 hours before Seth was born,  and the Teryaki Chicken, which I cut up and froze in the marinade sauce weeks before he was due.

Teryaki BBQ Chicken Thighs, Sauted Squash, Herbed Rice, and Caesar Salad.

Other things The Man whipped up, like Homemade Caesar Salad dressing and a yummy herbed rice he created (I’ll share the recipe in an upcoming post!)

Stuffed Chicken Breast, Cheesy Mashed Potatoes, Fresh Corn

And, of course, we had lovely meals provided by friends and family – like stuffed chicken breast and fresh corn (off) the cob!

See my entire recipe collection here.

What are YOU making for dinner?
