This last post on my Christmas decorations shows my favorite parts!
The three ceder wreaths I made for the section of the wall by the door to the studio.
I used my pedestal vase collection to add some elegance in little corners of the living room. This is behind the computer.
These are on the bookshelf near the couch. You see now why I said my colors were blue and purple? ๐
A Christmas candle is a lovely thing; It makes no noise at all, But softly gives itself away. ~Eva Logue
One more ceder wreath on a cake stand on my table, and a vase of red twigs I cut at the end of the driveway.
Another view of my pine cone garland. Did I mention I loved pine cones??? ๐ It looks a little diminutive here, but I wanted you to be able to see where I hung it.
I’m working on the wreath tutorial for my faithful readers. ๐ The key is distracting the boy child long enough to have the necessary computer time. ๐
It's all so lovely. I'm filing away new ideas for when I get some more nooks and crannies. I love all the greenery and pine cones.
we shall have to see what we shall see. No, I am not baking gingerbread. I am trying to keep my holiday baking to a minimum since I can't resist having the tempting morsels around. ๐
Sorry about that above deleted comment. My brain isn't working so great tonight, I guess.
I love how you've decorated your house! The pine cones ARE very nice!
Regarding this: "But if dinner's in the crockpot, then what's baking in the oven? or should we say, 'Who?'", from your last post–do you maybe mean someone other than a gingerbread man? Maybe cuter and cuddlier? Or am I just crazy? (Probably the latter, I know.) Or maybe it's an inside joke that I just applied my own meaning to! I just had to ask…I'm an awfully curious person…
