We celebrated Mom’s birthday about a week late, due to various family members being out of town. We had a lamb roast (thanks, Aunt Becky!) and made it our Resurrection Celebration, too.

Here’s Mom opening presents with her grandson.

Dessert: Swedish Creme. That’s all I can say about it ’cause I didn’t have any. It sure looked good, though, especially topped with that homemade blueberry sauce Anja made…
Will – the green headband was, at one point, a ribbon on one of the gifts. His grandma put on his head.
Happy late birthday Mrs. B!
And I have to ask, is there a reason Jesse is sporting a green ribbon thing on his head? :p
Dear Abigail T – thank you for identifying yourself – we really appreciate when our commentators have clear identities, or else we have to click on their name to figure out who they are!
Yes, I did the hairstyle myself – and I'd be glad to share how I did it sometime! I like it a lot – quick, cute, and perfect for long hair. I promise a tutorial soon…
Haha, Abigail ๐ The other Abigail usually posts as Abigail Vanburen. But that probably would be helpful ๐
Oh, BTW, I'm the Abigail in NC. Hmm, maybe I should start commenting as "abigail t" again, to avoid confusion with the other Abigail, who stole my identity :p

Happy Birthday to your Mom!
I really like your hair style in the second pic, Trina! Did you do it yourself? I have long hair but I can't for the life of me do anything but simple stuff to it! My hands do not work well behind my head ๐
