What I love about taking trips with my man is that if we see something interesting, he usually stops so we can get out, make a memory, and I can take pictures. This was the Kinzua Dam. Huge. Massive. Controversial. When it was built it flooded 1/3 of a particular Native American Reservation. But, as Jeremy said, the remaining indians had great lake frontage…
I like putting my man in the foreground of scenic shots. Makes it more than just a dam picture. Much more. โบ
So much mighty, gushing water.
A friendly tourist snapped our photo while the wind whipped my hair around.
I learned to tie my favoritest scarf a new way, thanks to this compilation of scarf tutorials Mandy put together at her blog, From the Trenches of Motherhood. Fun. fun.
Heya! I haven't been on in forever so I was lookin at the older posts… I've been to this dam! ๐ A few years back I went with some family members. There were some giant carp at the base of the dam and bald eagles above the hills (at least we were told they were eagles.) It was a blast!
Alice, I'll have to let Jeremy answer that. I have no idea why some days it's up and some days it's down. LOL
So, does Jeremy never wear his hat upside-down now? ๐
Yeah, Abbey, I messed with enough people's minds on Friday, I figured I would give you all a nice, thorough introduction. You should have seen Sarah G's face when she saw me. LOL
Such fun! And I'm so glad you did that other post and told us about your new glasses!! If you hadn't I would have been sitting here thinking,”I didn't know Trina wears glasses!” lol
