I have been excited this week that, through careful time management, I have got to spend some enjoyable time creating in the studio.
One thing I have been working on is getting the rest of Jesse’s One Year Album scrapbooked. It has been so much fun to look back over that year – all the special ‘firsts’ and sweet memories. My motivation to complete it has been helped along by the fact that Jesse really enjoys looking at his album these days. His favorite page is the one of him at the farm show last year, posing on the big tractors with his daddy. He will flip quickly through the album, making a ‘brrrooom, brrrooom’ noise, not stopping till he gets to the tractor photos.
It is fun to see how our days do have a rhythm to them – we are doing all the same things that we did last year at this time…blueberry picking, farm show, and bike rides. The “Sweet Blueberry Boy” is my favorite page of the ones I have finished this week.
And here are some more…The fun ribbon and striped paper was a gift from my aunt, a fellow scrapper – thanks, Aunt Marilyn!
It’s awesome that you’re completing pages, and beautiful ones at that! My favorite is the blueberry page.
That is really cute!
