If you have read of Miss Tiggywinkle, Jemima Puddle Duck, and Mr. Jeremy Fisher with as much pleasure as I have over the years, you will love this movie. I had to wait for a year from the time I first heard about it, until last week to see it for the first time, but it was worth the wait.
What I especially loved about the film was how it went back into Beatrix’s girlhood and showed the imagination and inspiration she had as a child, from pet bunnies and summers spent in the country. Also, I was delighted that the filmed contained nothing objectionable and that my little sister would be able to get as much enjoyment out of it as I did! This will be one to own and watch over and over…
I really enjoyed this movie, too. Though towards the end I couldn't swallow…something to do with the moisture in my eyes, perhaps?
Ah!! I loved this movie, I watched it like 3 times….it's sooo cute and I LOVE her accent!!!
