DETAILS!

Thank you for all the kind and congratulatory comments you all left on the last post. It is so fun to celebrate our news with friends like you, both new and old. Now here are the longed for details. ๐Ÿ™‚

I am due the first week in December, so I am just a few weeks along. I definitely feel pregnant, but not too bad so far. With the time management skills I’ve learned in the last couple years, I’ve been able to keep up with the housework despite lower energy levels, so I am happy. ๐Ÿ™‚ Anyways, Anja has promised to come once a week to help out, despite her busy schedule- what a dear! She wants to ensure I’m not just surviving – as she put it, “make sure your not just in a raft, but in the boat!” Thanks, Lee.

If majority rules, it will most definitely be a girl. ๐Ÿ™‚ We like surprises, so we’ll just have to wait and see. A little sister for Jesse is everyone’s vote so far – we could go either way: of course, I would love a girl, but I also love my boys, and wouldn’t mind if the status quo didn’t change yet. ๐Ÿ™‚ It would be lovely to be able to use all the lovely hand-me-downs Traci has promised me, though! (She gives me all the clothes her little boy grows out of, so I never have to buy Jesse anything! How cool is that? and she just had a darling little girl – Vivi-Ann!))

Are you sure you want to visit in December, Aunty? I do apologize again for not having the last one till the day after you left. ๐Ÿ™‚ Poor timing, I admit. I should have rode the unicycle sooner. And don’t worry, we told Mom and the rest of the family on Sunday, and called Pake and Beppe, too. ๐Ÿ™‚

We are indeed glad to be settled into our new home – my plans all along have been that the studio/guestroom would become a little girl’s room someday. ๐Ÿ™‚

Thanks again for all the lovely comments!

Wow! Great picture…we had my sister sprinting and doing jumping jacks, but that didn't work. My niece was born two days later…after we had all gone home ๐Ÿ™

Anja, that's very sweet of you.. I have to say that I've spent many a day in a raft.

Congratulations, Trina and Jeremy!! Trina, you must have been crazy to ride a unicycle when you were that pregnant! So funny. . .

My mom was so mad when my sister Sarah wouldn't come that she cleaned the whole house! I hope it's a girl too. ๐Ÿ™‚
