Claire jumped right into the world of solid foods this week (‘solid’ being a relative term).
This is how she feels about squash.
I can’t believe how eager she is – and how much she eats – and how fast – and how much she smiles while she gobbles up squash and peaches and apples and bananas…
The Vitamix is wonderful for making baby food. I steam a whole pot full of a veggie or fruit till soft, then puree it in the vitamix. I pour it into ice cube trays and freeze it. Then I just thaw a few at a time for each meal. Claire appreciates every bite.
