Several times in the last few weeks I have let the Boy amuse himself with the camera. I laughed out loud when I uploaded the photos to the computer and saw what he thought was photo-worthy….A bag of trash, his plastic ‘helping’ chair, the kitchen ceiling fan, Claire’s highchair, the bathroom sink we got on Craig’s list for our bathroom remodel, an a still life with blocks. I thought you all might get a kick out of seeing the world through Jesse’s eyes…
Hey, everybody…I took a total computer break over the weekend (somewhat self-imposed, some due to Claire stealing the computer mouse!) – it was only today that I got on and was stunned by all the birthday wishes on blog and facebook! Thanks to all my friends who took the time to let me know they were thinking of me! I had a lovely day and plan to post my favorite pictures and memories of the day as I get back into the groove. I find I really enjoy the slow pace I got into over the weekend. ๐
I love that you let Jesse take photos! I 'helped' Hosanna E. take pictures when she was around 2-3. Her shots were mostly of edges of pictures, her family members in corners of shots, the carpet when indoors an some interesting shots of the grass when outside ๐
The fan shot angles are great, the sink shot is actually well shot with then rule of thirds (actually most of his shots follow that composition 'rule' really well), and I must say though – still life with blocks is actually a cool shot with the contrasting texture of the carpet and the block colors/shapes… Excellent job Jesse!!
