    Hey Trina,
I have a recipe for homemade spaghetti sauce my family really enjoys.. But it’s on paper, not the internet. I’ll send it via mail. It also comes with 4 other meal ideas for the same batch of spaghetti sauce. It’s from a set of recipes I have (4 sets) where you cook the protein on Saturday or for Sunday dinner, and then have 4-5 options for the rest of the week with the same protein/main ingredient. My family likes them all.

You crack me up. Just reading all that made me want to go on vacation, lol.

I use my mama’s spaghetti recipe. I’m partial to it, even compared to all Michael’s Sicilian family’s recipes. I can’t dig out the recipe card right now, but it’s canned ‘maters, ‘mater paste, a mix of spices and a little sugar. Simple but good. I prefer it with ground beef and italian sausage both, but I like it with meatballs too.

Can’t wait to hear about your trip!
