  • A great way to jump start your morning…

    is to make yourself a creamy orange shake. Squeeze 1 to 2 oranges to yield 1/2 cup of juice. Combine juice,and a 1/4 cup of milk in a blender, add 1 cup of ice cubes. Blend untilmixture is smooth and frothy. Pour into a tall glass and enjoy immediately.
