There’s been a lot cooking behind the scenes around here, and it’s finally time to show the world what we’ve been workin’ on!
“Embracing Beauty: Practical Style for Every Shape and Season of Motherhood” will be released April 2nd–just two weeks from today! I’m so excited about this, I can hardly sleep at night (those who know me well know I’m not kidding!) I’ll be sharing more about the book in the days leading up to the launch, and appreciate your prayers as we work hard to edit and format the inside so it’s as beautiful as this cover Jeremy made.
But that’s not all. Oh, no. There’s more….
Yes! We are expecting #4! We are super excited and I’m feeling amazing. All your prayers for our family regarding recovering from the mold have been answered: we are all in good health–this is the best I’ve ever felt in pregnancy!–and joyfully celebrating this promise of new life coming our way mid-October.
{I’m committed to celebrating this season and embracing beauty through each stage of my pregnancy, and part of that goal is a commitment to take lots of pictures! That’s me at 8 weeks, and the photo was taken by the fun and talented Sarah, daughter of my mentor, September. My younger readers may really enjoy her new blog, Vision for Virtue!}

Oh Trina! how wonderful! I now have two new babies to celebrate! G’kid #8 for me will be here in September and then your little bundle of joy in October-but wait- will this mean no Allume for you? that would be sad if not for a little one arriving!
