My newsletter flows from my desire to connect more deeply with my readers. I send a personal letter out seasonally as well as the occasional special update or announcement I don't want you to miss.
As a thank you for signing up I will give you my new ebook. It is actually built from the talk I gave at Allume 2012. Many of you had expressed interest in hearing my talk, so I took edited the content from my notes and Jeremy formatted it into this beautiful little 24 page ebook just for you. In it I give you a glimpse of my first 5 years of blogging, and some of the beautiful and embarrassing lessons I learned about blogging for people instead of stats.
- if you are a blogger who has ever been discouraged by your stats,
- if you desire to make a difference with your blog no matter its size,
- if you are interested in practical ways to love your readers well,
…then you’re gonna love this book! I share lots of stories and Jeremy arranged the content in a very unique format, so it is just a delight to read! I hope you like it.
Looking forward to getting to know you better,
Trina
Wow, a cleansing diet? I don't think I could do that:) The soup does look good though!
Wow – you are going to post the recipe for that soup right!
Your sister looks like you must have at her age – It's fun to pick out family similarities. I have 3 nieces and 1nephew, so I find myself doing this a lot. Aunties Privilage!
I've done a few "clean-outs" over the years. This girl needs her protien though
You're right about Anneke looking like Trina. She could be her double. Even their personalities are similar.
Oh my, just juice for a few days? My stomach groans just at the thought!
Ha, Will, you think your stomach is growling???
You have no idea!!
Ick. Was there any particular reason this diet thing was necessary? It sure doesn't sound like much fun!
Although…do you have any recommendations of a good blender for smoothies? Ours just broke.
The reason for the cleanse is to clean out our Kidneys and our liver.
A great blender that I know of is called the VitaMix. It is the neatest thing…on top of smoothies…you can make homemade juice, as well as grind your own grain and knead bread in it! It is awesome! Very multi-tasking. Also, if you make soup in it….it heats it as well because of the friction created!
Very great machine!
Laura
my mom has a vitamix – as does my mother-in-law. They would both highly recommend them! I get by with my mother's old mixer, but look forward to the day when I can invest in a vitamix!
It is a good idea to do a cleanse like this once a year – as a preventative, if nothing else.
Anneke and I are basically twins separated by 12 years.
It's fun.
The Vitamixes sound great! I just wish they were a little cheaper! I'll have to keep that in mind though, and get one sometime.
I'd love to do a cleanse sometime, but for I've been told to stay off them for a little while just so I don't over load my body what with handling getting rid of all the toxins. Instead I do ionic cleanse foot baths twice a week. Pulls the toxins out the skin instead of going through the kidneys and colon. The last time I did a regular cleanse I couldn't move the toxins fast enough an got sick. Anyway, digression. More power to you.
BTW, NSP has some cleansing products in /capsule/ form if you absolutely can't stick the tinctures- it's a little pricy though.
